We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Health Care. As a Cardiac Nursing Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Successful completion of an ECG monitoring course within one month of appointment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to apply decision-making and analytical skills
