This role will involve training and supervising a team of 3-4 people, recommending personnel actions, and implementing measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient production
  • Train and supervise a team of assembly workers to ensure quality and productivity standards are met
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures
  • Implement measures to improve productivity and product quality, including process improvements and equipment maintenance
  • Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
