About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager, Sales and Operations to join our team at WellGroomed Designs Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in sales, operations, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
