Senior Manager of Practice Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Practice Management to join our Practice Management & Business Evolution team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of professionals who are responsible for defining and guiding the principles that underpin our organization's operations.
Our team harnesses their expertise, foresight, and knowledge to create solutions and strategies that drive the success of our organization, our clients, and our colleagues. As a Senior Manager of Practice Management, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our learning and development strategy, as well as managing and coordinating activities within your team.
You will be responsible for proactively coaching your team members in working towards personal and professional goals, driving the evolution of our learning and development strategy, and developing and delivering training programs and initiatives that align with our organizational priorities.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to develop and maintain business relationships across all areas of the bank, NBIN stakeholders, vendors, and clients to maximize and optimize learning and development and change management capabilities.
We are looking for a versatile team player who is comfortable with tight deadlines and has strong organization skills with the aptitude to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
