Job Title: Senior Manager of Practice Management

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mobilize a high-performing team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies to enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
  • Drive the evolution of our content management strategy to optimize usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and address learning needs, and develop targeted training programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and clients to maximize learning and development capabilities.
  • Develop and implement change management best practices to drive business transformation.
  • Oversee the management of content, ensuring it supports overall strategic objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of financial services experience or equivalent in a related business sector.
  • Certified change practitioner qualification is considered an asset.
  • Professional certification (CTPD, ATD, etc.) and/or L&D experience an asset, or a working knowledge of L&D best practices.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders and partners.
  • Experience and interest in promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience in building, developing, and managing employees at all levels, with a strong focus on efficiently integrating new team members into business functions.
  • Versatile team player, comfortable with tight deadlines.
  • Strong organization skills with the aptitude to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
