The Strategic Client Relations Specialist will deliver dedicated customer support to clients acquiring specialty gases and equipment across North America. This role requires the ability to engage with and influence key strategic clients who are purchasing technical products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inside sales for strategic clients and those acquiring specialty gases & equipment

· Provide pricing information and quotations

· Assist clients with product applications

· Source products for clients

· Manage account setups and modifications

· Offer technical support and order entry assistance to SG&E clients

· Oversee outstanding orders for key clients

· Maintain customer specifications

· Provide safety guidance on products & applications

· Verify product databases and supply sources for outstanding orders

· Order cylinders/valves for special requests

· Provide delivery inquiry support for key clients

· Monitor government websites for bidding opportunities

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· 5 years of experience with specialty gas & equipment (SG&E) products

· 3 years of experience in outside or inside sales of SG&E

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficient computer skills

· BS Degree in Chemistry preferred

· 2 years of laboratory experience in Specialty Gas production preferred
