Senior IT Security Analyst - Cloud/Infrastructure

The Senior IT Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud and infrastructure systems. This includes conducting security assessments, implementing security controls, and developing incident response plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, cloud security, and infrastructure security, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  2. Implement security controls and measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in IT security or a related field.
  2. Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  3. Strong knowledge of cloud security, infrastructure security, and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
  4. Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
