Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our food service team, ensuring that we have adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
ExperienceWe are looking for a candidate with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
