Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Welcoming Clients: Greet clients who enter our facility and provide a warm welcome, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Email Management: Manage the email accounts of our team members, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and update our social media accounts, ensuring our online presence is engaging and informative.
  • Client Lounge Management: Oversee the stocking and inventory of our client lounge, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients.
  • Referral Program Management: Manage our referral program, including tracking referrals and making thank-you calls to our valued clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Assign new clients to their personal client care advisor, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and a positive experience.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Confirm appointments with our advisors and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Delinquent Activity Management: Identify and address delinquent activities, ensuring our clients receive the attention they need in a timely manner.
Working Conditions and Compensation:
  • Location: Our office is located at 260 Centrum Blvd Suite 102A, Orleans.
  • Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour, increasing to $20.00 after 6 months.
  • Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Benefits: Benefits are available if you obtain an OTL license.
