Job Title: Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
