The Lead Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in steering complex software development initiatives. As a subject matter expert, you will provide application support across various business domains while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead intricate software development projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders to formulate comprehensive software specifications.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of software solutions, ensuring thorough configuration and integration.
- Manage the software development life-cycle (SDLC) phases, focusing on design, development, and implementation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional growth.
- Participate actively in Application Development and Support teams, contributing to project objectives.
- Assume the role of Technical Lead on projects, supervising technical staff and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
- Expertise in business software applications and hardware technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with development tools and technologies.
- A commitment to continuous improvement in processes related to SDLC and technology architecture.
