Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Restaurant Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Thompson, MB. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, attention to detail, flexibility, team player.

Language: English

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week
