Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Jun Landscaping & Construction Corp.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the installation and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes.
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects.
  • Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to ensure projects are completed accurately.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
