Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document incidents, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Enforce access controls and maintain a high level of situational awareness
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility, identifying potential hazards and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field
  • Serving it Right Certificate
  • Guard Force Training an asset
  • Occupational First Aid Level 2 Certificate an asset
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License

Work Environment

This is a regular casino environment, requiring the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and work non-traditional hours.
