Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Governance: Provide strategic direction and oversight to major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate the work of different areas within the organization, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies that drive organizational success, including financial and administrative controls.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in official functions, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Talent Management: Select and empower middle managers and executive staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Initiative Support: Support initiatives that promote diversity and inclusivity, such as recruiting newcomers and refugees, and developing relationships with indigenous communities.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role
