As a member of our community, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote socialization, wellness, and enrichment for our residents.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to establish and maintain relationships with local schools, businesses, and social organizations to secure volunteer support and community resources.
  • Manage a calendar of events and activities that cater to diverse interests and needs, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and engagement.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure effective financial management and meet revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of employees, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a senior living environment, preferably with a focus on activities and volunteer management.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to train and motivate volunteers and team members to deliver high-quality activity programming.
  • State-level certifications or licenses, such as CDL, as required by law.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing resident care and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of residents and colleagues.
