About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Weave City Unisex Hair Saloon. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hair Cutting and Styling: Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences.
  • Scalp Treatment: Provide custom hair and scalp treatment, including shampooing and conditioning.
  • Beard and Mustache Services: Shave and trim beards and mustaches.
  • Additional Services: Offer hair extensions, wig styling, and other hair treatments.
  • Client Consultation: Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Support for Diversity: Provide physical accessibility accommodations and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
