About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber Stylist to join our team at Weave City Unisex Hair Saloon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their hair needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for haircuts and styles.
  • Haircutting and Styling: Cut and style hair using a variety of techniques and tools, including scissors, clippers, and razors.
  • Shaving and Trimming: Shave and trim beards and mustaches to create a clean and polished look.
  • Scalp Treatments: Provide custom scalp treatments to promote healthy hair growth and alleviate scalp irritations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
