About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircutting and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their haircutting and grooming needs, taking into account their preferences and physical features.
  • Haircutting and Styling: Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Grooming Services: Shampoo customers' hair, shave and trim beards and mustaches, and provide other grooming services as needed.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on how to maintain their hair and provide tips on styling and care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Barbers and shop staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a formal education program in barbering or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a barber shop or related setting.
  • Health Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, disability benefits, and health care plan.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
