This Sales Associate Role Is Ideal For You If You Enjoy:

  • Assisting customers, understanding their needs, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience while supporting your team with general stock responsibilities such as order picking and product pricing
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Working in a dynamic airport environment

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

  • Greet and acknowledge customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Familiarize yourself with store layout to assist customers in their product selections and address inquiries
  • Efficiently operate the cash register
  • Adhere to all company policies, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention protocols
  • Report pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues to management
  • Safeguard company assets, restock merchandise in stores and backrooms
  • Sort and organize damaged and outdated products, informing management of any stock shortages
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and trash removal
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse personalities
  • Availability to work a full or part-time schedule with flexible hours between 4 am and 12 am on weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capability to lift 10-20 pounds
  • Maintain an Airport Pass with Transport Canada
  • Good time-management and problem-solving skills
