Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

At Harvard Variety Store, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors
* Work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting, meeting sales and productivity goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and productivity goals
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Work Environment:

* Work is performed in a retail store environment
* Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and productivity goals
