Software Development Manager, RDS SQL Server Commercial Engine

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to join our team as a Software Development Manager for RDS SQL Server Commercial Engine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving security, integrations, and platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: You will lead a team of software engineers to design and develop scalable and reliable systems.
- Security and Compliance: You will ensure that our systems meet the highest security and compliance standards.
- Platform Initiatives: You will drive the development of new platform features and integrations.
- Customer Engagement: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
- 7+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and architecting scalable and reliable systems.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product management.
- Strong technical skills in cloud computing, database management, and software development.

The base salary for this position ranges from $171,400/year up to $286,200/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
