Responsabilités
  • Concevoir et préparer des plats de sushi de haute qualité pour nos clients.
  • Superviser les activités des cuisiniers et des préparateurs de nourriture.
  • Former les nouveaux membres de l'équipe en matière de préparation, de cuisson et de présentation de la nourriture.
  • Assurer la gestion des stocks de nourriture et des équipements de cuisine.
  • Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de la cuisine.
Compétences requises
  • Expérience en tant que chef de cuisine ou en tant que cuisinier de sushi.
  • Connaissance approfondie des techniques de préparation de sushi et des ingrédients utilisés.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et sous pression.
