Security Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Active Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties, including conducting regular patrols and responding to incidents.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security threats.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and secure environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., security, law enforcement, or business) preferred.
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in security or a related field.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 security guards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- First aid and CPR certification.

Security Guard License, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate.
