The role of the Assistant Manager in the Cosmetics Department is designed to develop and prepare the individual for the responsibilities associated with the Department Manager role. You will assist the Department Manager in overseeing staff to uphold merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the department, along with additional management responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Department Manager in directing team efforts to ensure high standards of customer service and product presentation.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of team members through effective communication and leadership.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of retail management experience; however, those without prior management experience may also be considered. A strong understanding of cosmetic products, along with skills in merchandising and creative product display, is essential. Proven sales experience is also required.

As a Regular Part-Time employee, you will be scheduled for a minimum of 1456 hours per year, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week as required. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
