Position Overview: Hospital Security Officer

We are in search of committed Security Officers to ensure safety and security within various healthcare settings. As a vital member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to the well-being of healthcare personnel, visitors, and patients.

Primary Duties:
  • Manage access control to the facility and restricted zones.
  • Observe and address incidents occurring on the premises.
  • Perform regular patrols to maintain security throughout the facility.
  • React promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
  • Record and report any anomalies or irregularities.
  • Prioritize patient safety at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Proficient in handling conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality protocols.
  • Physically fit to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Possession of a valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one.
