Distribution Center Supervisor

As a key member of our TW Distribution team, the Warehouse Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Inventory: Organize the receiving, storage, and retrieval of products, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Develop and Implement Processes: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
