About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to join our team at Dream. As a key member of our Leasing Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team, including preparing reports, lease documentation, and offers to lease, as well as maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Update and maintain our contacts database, ensuring that all broker information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain and track lease document status, and order floor plans through our space plan provider.
  • Organize and distribute marketing materials, floor plans, and other relevant information to brokers and tenants as required.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely vacancy reports and other internal reporting as needed.
  • Field general leasing inquiries from industry contacts on behalf of the Leasing Team.
  • Assist the Leasing Team in achieving lease objectives and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry contacts.
  • Maintain vacancy listings on our website and update monthly availability reports and other data management functions.
  • Assist in the coordination, production, and distribution of leasing marketing materials and initiatives, including brochures and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments, such as Property Management and Construction, as needed on related issues.
Requirements
  • A University or College degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of related experience, with exposure to the brokerage community and REIT/Landlord side of the business being an asset.
  • Previous experience with JD Edwards is an asset.
  • Proficiency in a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
