About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at AP Canadian Immigration Services. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our services and building our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients, providing accurate and timely information about our services.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to promote our services and build our brand.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our services and attract new clients.
  • Research and Development: Gather, research, and prepare communications materials to support our marketing efforts.
  • Program Development: Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to promote our services and build our brand.
Work Environment

As a Marketing Specialist at AP Canadian Immigration Services, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a marketing role.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and client-focused.
