Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and optimize business strategies.
- Manage Digital Presence: Oversee the development and maintenance of our website, social media, and online marketing campaigns to ensure a strong online presence.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Provide Support and Training: Offer support and training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, youth, and Indigenous people.
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
