Senior Product Manager, Platform

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager, Platform to join our team at Platform Ldn. As a key member of our product organization, you'll be responsible for architecting our systems and data to enhance our platform, driving business growth and setting us apart from the competition.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of a new account management infrastructure, ensuring accurate and efficient organization of accounts, brokers, and organizations.
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams to understand the data architecture and develop a data-driven approach to solving complex problems and opportunities.
- Design and develop user-friendly internal tools for account matching, transfer, merging, and management.
- Drive user adoption and training for the new platform, ensuring all teams can leverage its functionalities effectively.
- Continuously monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- A passion for technology and 5+ years of experience building software products for internal customers.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and launching complex software applications.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical).
- Experience working with data visualization tools, SQL, Looker, etc.
- Understanding of API integration and development.
