Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mary Browns. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience at our establishment.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
