We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Professional to join our team as a Commercial Client Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving commercial new business sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our commercial clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive growth and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a working knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Experience in an insurance brokerage
- Alberta Level 1 License required and working toward level 2 is considered an asset
- RIBO License (Ontario) or working towards is considered an asset
- CIP designation or working towards is considered an asset
