Position: Clinical Support Specialist
  • Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Work Environment: Dental clinic setting
  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Assist in preparing patients for dental assessments
    • Manage inventory of dental and office supplies
    • Set up dental tools and materials for procedures
    • Ensure sterilization and upkeep of instruments and equipment
    • Provide guidance to patients on maintaining oral health
    • Document dental treatments conducted
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Excel
    • Familiar with MS Outlook
    • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint
    • Experience with MS Windows
    • Skilled in MS Word
  • Work Conditions:
    • Fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Ability to perform under pressure
    • Repetitive task execution
    • Manual dexterity is essential
    • High attention to detail
    • Extended periods of sitting and standing
