Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Advisor to support the Physician Compensation Team and Medical Affairs portfolio in maximizing value and minimizing risk in relationships with physicians. The successful candidate will focus on providing timely and accurate information and support to the Manager, Physician Compensation. Key responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of the Ministry of Health, Health Authority, and physician contract negotiation processes and systems, as well as serving as a link between operational contract processes and strategic negotiation processes. The Strategic Business Advisor will also support the Manager in reviewing and developing contract processes, advising on strategic implications of contractual decisions, and providing administrative and data support in project work. Additionally, the role will involve ensuring the smooth working and continuous development of the performance management system, including data collection, processes, validation, and management. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
