Overview:

The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the processing of new and pre-owned vehicle transactions, as well as wholesale deals and dealer trades, along with daily accounting tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling and recording transactions for new, pre-owned, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicles
  • Calculating and documenting sales commissions
  • Reconciling various accounting schedules related to inventory and transaction accounts
  • Organizing, electronically filing, and tracking documents
  • Creating and formatting various documents and correspondence
  • Preparing monthly vehicle schedules and reconciliations
  • Collaborating with Administrative and Sales teams
  • Performing additional accounting tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in accounting is preferred
  • Experience in a dealership setting is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Capability to work independently and manage varying workloads while meeting deadlines.
