Job Summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects, identifying their needs, and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences, and provide recommendations on financial solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, and stay current with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
  • Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
