Crawford & Company is on the lookout for a proficient Bilingual Transportation Claims Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating transportation and cargo claims, executing loss assessments, and facilitating settlement negotiations while fostering robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of expertise in handling transportation and cargo claims
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Possession of an AMF License for commercial lines
- Experience in investigating and thoroughly reporting property damage claims
- Skilled in using Xactimate and XactAnalysis software
- Strong capabilities in IT and reporting
- Exceptional customer service skills and a collaborative team spirit
