Bilingual Content Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Content Claims Specialist to join our team at Crawford & Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling content claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct onsite visits to meet with adjusters, policyholders, and other industry vendors to conduct inventory of total loss contents.
- Ensure consistent and quality turnaround of all claims in accordance with our productivity and performance standards.
- Work with other teams to organize and direct resources required for completing inventory and LKQ valuation of total loss contents.
- Adhere to our commitment to timely and informative updates on the content claims process.
- Complete and submit detailed work logs daily for all claim tasks completed.
- Maintain claim-related notes in our platform, exclaim, related to various tasks involved in handling the claim.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and pricing of all outstanding items, adhering to Like, Kind, and Quality (LKQ) standards.
- Consistently promote our brand, image, and reputation in a professional and positive manner.
- Secondary School diploma.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Some prior background or experience in the Property claims industry would be considered an asset.
- Adequate workspace, free of noise.
- High-speed internet service.
- Company equipment, including laptop, will be provided.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and new technology.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
