Position Overview: CB Canada is seeking a skilled Bilingual Administrator to join our dynamic team within the Financial Services sector. This role is pivotal in managing loan applications, ensuring thorough analysis and evaluation to facilitate informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of applicants' credit and financial backgrounds to assess their repayment capabilities.
- Authorize loan approvals in alignment with company guidelines or as directed by the Risk and Analytics division.
- Identify and report any fraudulent documentation during the evaluation process to the relevant departments.
- Verify and validate application details, including income statements and credit scores, to finalize loan decisions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both French and English is essential, with proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated administrative expertise.
- Experience in a call center or financial services environment is advantageous.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
