About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Loan Solutions Consultant to join our team at Fairstone Financial. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather loan information and provide personalized solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Sell our loan and protection products to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features
  • Closing loans virtually and in person, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Follow up with past due customer accounts to resolve any issues and maintain a positive relationship
  • Manage cash controls, including taking payments and maintaining accurate records

Requirements
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
