Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Macbeeners Business Goods. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of other administrative staff members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and Implement policies and procedures to improve office operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Train and Mentor new staff members on office procedures and protocols.
  • Record and Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records of office activities.
  • Establish and Maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Answer and Relay telephone calls and messages, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Preparation of reports, documents, and other materials as required.
  • Set Up and Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
