Job Title: Sales Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Analyst to join our team at Molson Coors. As a Sales Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial planning team by extracting and translating data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support national analytics needs by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Own AOP customer grouping management and not assigned classifications.
  • Support Anaplan developments as an end-user representative.
  • Support the team with analytics from relevant findings and ad-hoc requests.
  • Support and present business analysis - war-gaming (non-client specific).
  • Assist in defining 'Must Win Battle' elements and develop KPI tracking. Generate and release weekly update volume performance.
  • Support end-user report requirements and transit to developers. Own innovation and distribution tracker accuracy.
Requirements:
  • You are data-driven and love a challenge.
  • You complete complex projects adeptly with your understanding of business priorities.
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various events and trends that require a quick turnaround.
  • You are a natural seeker for better business results and business practices.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Economics or have at least 2-3 years' experience in an analyst role (CPG industry experience a bonus).
  • You respect your commitments and can obtain support from cross-functional members.
  • Experience with Powerbi/Tableau is an asset.
