Director of Philanthropy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Philanthropy to join our senior management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support our organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual and long-term fundraising goals
  • Lead and manage a team of fundraising professionals to achieve target goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship program to ensure donor retention and growth
  • Collaborate with the Director of Advocacy and Communications to advance our organization's mission and goals
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of the non-profit sector and fundraising best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in a variety of relevant computer software programs, including fundraising database programs
