We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge City Center Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize daily operations
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies
  • Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement
