Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Cambridge Immigration Solutions Inc. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
