  • Leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues, leveraging vendor and internal support as needed.
  • Maintaining production and non-production environments, ensuring the application of relevant patches and security measures.
  • Building and deploying integrations between the CIAM Platform and other security and information systems.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Utilizing change management practices to coordinate implementations across environments.
  • Researching and validating new service capabilities and technologies.
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency and contributing to the automation of CIAM solutions.
  • Understanding and applying the DevOps framework as defined by the organization.
  • Supporting various teams in the development of the CIAM Services roadmap and strategy.
  • Building strong relationships with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with 2-3 years in secure coding and software development using languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, including authentication protocols like SSO, Federation, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and MFA.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with CIAM products.
  • Practical experience with leading CIAM solutions such as Forgerock, Ping, Okta, Transmit, or Auth0.
  • Experience with SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and REST APIs, with a solid understanding of security implications.
  • Experience integrating CIAM solutions with security tools.
  • Familiarity with delivery best practices and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity frameworks like ISO27001 or NIST.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Customer Identity Cloud Certification is a plus.

Compensation:
