The Nail Salon Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, HD NAIL SPA. This position requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and organizational skills to maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of College or CEGEP
- Experience: Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the beauty industry
- Site Conditions: Wet and damp conditions typical of a nail salon
- Setting: Esthetician's salon or beauty shop
- Oversee maintenance and repair tasks within the salon
- Assist clients with special needs to ensure a comfortable experience
- Act as the primary contact for emergency situations
- Manage inventory by requisitioning or ordering materials and supplies
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff
- Train team members on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Perform nail services including manicures and pedicures
- Establish work schedules and operational procedures
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
