Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

HD NAIL SPA is seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our esthetician team, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality results.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized salon environment.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient operations and optimal productivity.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
  • Organized and reliable with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

Our salon is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and promoting a culture of excellence. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be working in a wet/damp environment, with regular exposure to chemicals and equipment.
