As a Senior Client Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking sector at National Bank, you will be tasked with expanding the portfolio of business clients under your care. Your diverse responsibilities will position you as the primary resource for clients seeking financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities within your designated market, enhancing your commercial client base and formulating effective business development strategies.
- Assist clients in achieving their business goals by recommending financial strategies that leverage the optimal mix of Bank products and services.
- Adapt and refine financial products and advisory approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Negotiate client agreements, ensuring compliance with risk management standards and profitability requirements.
- Develop comprehensive business development plans.
- Support the Regional Vice-President in achieving departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Financing Solutions.
- Engage in various networking events to foster relationships (e.g., conferences, professional gatherings).
- Work synergistically with other departments within the Bank.

In the Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859 division, you will collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to supporting business clients. Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial sector, based on your academic credentials:
- University certificate with 9 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience
- Master's degree with 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Expertise in financial statement analysis
- Experience in commercial credit
- A network of professional contacts among local medium-sized enterprises and large corporations is an asset
